Description
Melissa Newman is an award-winning journalist and writer, having spent 20 years in the newspaper industry. She has published three novels, including Growing Up Wilder. Her other two novels are House of Cleaving and Sister Blackberry. Newman teaches in the writing and advertising Department of Communication at Eastern Kentucky University and lives in Kentucky with her husband, Frank. Together they have two grown daughters.
